The Strategy Of Tension, a term unknown to the majority, is a method of population control through covert attacks, designed to cause fear and stress.

“A strategy of tension (Italian: strategia della tensione) is a policy wherein violent struggle is encouraged rather than suppressed. It is usually associated when governments, or security apparatuses within a government, allow or even encourage extremist groups to perform attacks, bombings, murders, and the like. In extreme circumstances, it can even involve agent provocateurs and false flag operations where a terrorist threat is outright invented or created.

The State, by inducing confusion, stress and fear, is able to strip society of their freedoms. The State then becomes “mother” to its citizens. This dependency, once society embraces it, quickly becomes the shackles of slavery.  The State goes unpunished, as the State cannot condemn itself.

Such tactics are still used today to manipulate the population. Our governments are the guns and the media are the bullets.

“The methods used are most obviously illegal and violent i.e. assassinationskidnappingparamilitary operations but also include propagandaeconomic sanctions, support of civil unrest, fake grassroots movements, promotion of disruptive memes or technologies and the escalation of formerly peaceful protests by use of agents provocateurs. These are typically carried out under a false flag and combined with disinformation and use of enemy images to demonise uninvolved third party. If state agencies engage in staging or promoting acts of terrorism the term “state terrorism” is used.”

It would seem that Europe is currently experiencing a form of The Strategy of Tension. Brexit, the migrant influx and the demonisation of Russia are all old school tactics being played out today.

The question is, do you have the eyes to see it?
