Everything around is changing. Most of humanity is in a deep sleep to this fact.

Over the course of the next few years, life as we know it is going to change and we may not like it very much. Humanity must come to its senses and fast. We must become aware. We must see things clearly and not assume we know anything.

A clear perception of reality has never been more important than right now.

We must pay attention. We need to evolve and develop our consciousness (or awareness, which ever you prefer to call it) so that it is able to pay attention. It should be able to see things as they truly are. Not as you wish things to be, or hope things to be, but as things truly are. This is a rare quality.

This is not something that one receives through inheritance, it is a way of being that one has to develop. And we can all develop this, but it takes diligence and work. It requires the dropping of all falsehoods. It requires you to be completely present and aware. Aware of everything that is going on in the moment. Body sensations, thoughts, your feelings and emotions. Be aware of it all.

You can start this today. Right now. As you are reading this, simply be aware that you are reading. Notice the small sensations in your eye balls as they move across the screen, word to word. Notice your thoughts as you read. Notice any and all body sensations. If you are sitting, notice this.

Meditation is a great tool to help you. As you sit to meditate, be completely present and notice everything. Sounds, visions, sensations in the body. As time passes, you will become more and more aware of your body, thoughts and emotions. Do not expect this to happen in a week. It takes time and patience. It’s a skill.

Eventually, you will begin to examine the relationship between the perceiver and the things you perceive. This may sound strange at first but it is simply taken for granted by almost all of humanity and is rarely analysed. We simply assume that what we perceive is true, real and valid. We never question the perceiver or study how the perceiver, perceives. This is the cause of almost all suffering we encounter during our lifetimes. It’s the root of it all. Our lack of perception binds us to things that cause our suffering. We are attached to things, places and even feelings that society tells us we should be. Our programming runs so deep that, once you become aware of yourself, you may question your sanity.

Do not despair. You are perfectly fine. You have finally awoken to the nonsense of the reality we live in. Your attachments, when analysed through a perfectly clear lense, absent of all programming, will be understood for what they are and simply dissolve. You will have achieved clear vision of the world around you. The shackles of suffering will be broken forever.

Remind yourself constantly, that one day, all of this will come to an end. You will no longer be here and live each day in that reality. Know it deeply, make it your daily task to live each day with the awareness and understanding that all of what you see as important to you will all come to an end in an abrupt and untimely manner.

Things are not as they seem to us. They are actually very different, but you need clarity of vision to understand this. To see things that are binding you to suffering is the first step. No one can tell you what this means. It is something that you have to experience for yourself. Open your mind to what you really are and you will see.

Humanity is sleep walking in to some tough times ahead. Become aware of the nonsense. Wake up!.
